By using our Cleanline^® Sticky Mat Frames, and/or Mat Mounts in conjunction with your Sticky Mats, you will never again have to clean up adhesive residue.

Sticky Mat Frames are mad using a plastic base material with an anodized aluminum perimeter. The aluminum provides a sloped edge for comfortable movement of people and product over the frame.

Sticky Mats are placed within an inset area inside the aluminum perimeter and are adhered to the plastic base material. The plastic base is made of a special polymer that holds mats securely, yet allows for easy removal of the last sheet without leaving any residue behind! Overall frame height is 5/16". The entire frame and mat unit can be easily moved temporarily for floor cleaning, then simply laid back into position. Frames are available in several sizes.

Frames are available with a full-surface, non-skid material on their bottom. If your Sticky Mat location allows for the potential of Frames, we highly recommend the use of non-skid material on their bottom.

Mat Mounts are a simple and inexpensive ay to eliminate adhesive residue on your floor. Mat Mounts are 1/8" thick rigid plastic sheets that are adhered to the floor with double-coated anchoring tape semi-permanently for approximately 6 months. The Mat Mounts themselves will last for years; only the anchoring tape may require replacement, usually semiannually. Anchoring tape is available seperately.

Mat Mounts have sloped edges to facilitate rolling carts. Sticky Mats are adhered to the top surface of the Mat Mounts, rather than directly to the floor. When replacing a Sticky Mat, the last sheet of the mat comes up cleanly and easily, leaving no adhesive residue!

Note: Mat Mounts are provided with double-coated anchoring tape that works well on smooth, vinyl-type cleanroom floors. More aggressive anchoring tape is available for other floor types. Please specify floor type when ordering Mat Mounts or double-coated anchoring tape. If overall mat height is a concern, Mat Mounts can also be inset into your existing floor.
