The Cleanline^® Sticky Mat 40 offers the perfect balance between the quality and durability of 30 sheet mats, and the cost savings of 60 sheet mats. With the Cleanline^® Sticky Mat 40 you no longer have to sacrifice sheet durability to experience the savings of additional sheets per mat.

Consider the Benefits of the Cleanline^® Sticky Mat 40 Double Pack:

• Strong, durable sheets of high quality adhesive film: We use 1.8 mil. film for our Cleanline^® Sticky Mat 40.  This 1.8 mil. film is 80% thicker and nearly three times more tear resistant than the 1.0 mil. film currently being used in 60 sheet mats. This thicker film allows for the use of higher tack, higher coating weight adhesives, while ensuring trouble-free sheet removal.
• Nominal increase in mat thickness: Cleanline^® Sticky Mat 40 has an overall thickness of 87 mils (87/1000 of an inch), which is only 14 mils thicker than standard 30 sheet mats.
• Reduced labor costs: Labor costs relative to 30 sheet mats are reduced by 33% as mats need replacement less often.
• Reduced warehousing costs: By packing 240 sheets per case (6 mats x 40 sheets each), cardboard waste is reduced by 50%, and in-house storage space requirements are reduced by 40%.
• Wide range of options: Cleanline^® Sticky Mat 40 is available in three tack levels, four colors, and eight standard sizes. Other options include customized private-labeled logo mats, and beveled edges to facilitate the rolling of carts over the mats.
